Riders Junior School
In partnership with parents and the wider community; the school will provide an excellent learning and teaching environment that enables every child and member of staff to achieve their maximum potential. Our school will be a place where everyone is a learner and their achievements are celebrated. To achieve this, at Riders Junior School, we aim:
to provide a secure, caring environment where there are many opportunities for children to achieve success
to help children to think for themselves and to be responsible for their actions
to value and encourage the contributions of parents for the benefit of all
to achieve the highest quality of teaching which will promote positive attitudes towards learning and raise standards
to create a working atmosphere for all our members, which is purposeful, challenging, relevant and enjoyable.
